'Achhe din' on YouTube! Indian business is about seven thousand crores, with seven lakh jobs!

 

Indian YouTubers are making record earnings using YouTube.  7 lakh jobs created, contribution to India's GDP is about Rs 7 thousand crores.  YouTube's Chief Product Officer and Google's SVP Neel Mohan gave such information at the 2022 event.

By making videos, you can easily reach many people by posting them on YouTube.  In this way, many Indians have achieved success by making videos on various topics and uploading them.  How is that success?  At the Observer Research Foundation or ORF function, Neel said that many people are gaining popularity in India by making videos and uploading them.  Not only is the popularity of the video increasing, but it is also bringing in 6,800 crore rupees annually.  At least 7 lakh jobs have been created.

He said that YouTube is not only creating an audience for the 'creators' or those who make videos for YouTube but at the same time, large economic opportunities are also being created through this.  The business is based on opportunity.  Not only that, the business is spreading to millions of people using media like YouTube.  Naturally, the business fleet is growing by leaps and bounds.

 But in many cases wrong information or fake news is also happening in this opportunity.  What is YouTube doing to stop it?  Neel said that YouTube and the government of the respective countries have the biggest responsibility in this regard.  He said, "They have to ensure that no wrong or false information is served on YouTube under the guise of truth."
