Sushanta's ex girlfriend Rhea danced in prison?

 

Rhea Chakraborty had created a great bond with the fellow inmates of the prison.  She was the girlfriend of late Sushant Singh Rajput.  Rhea was also jailed for abetting suicide after the actor's death.The few days that she was inside the prison, she filled everyone with laughter, songs and chats.  Recently human rights lawyer Sudha Bhardwaj said that memory.  In an interview shared the experience of seeing Rhea up close. She has just been released after serving 3 years of imprisonment.

What's the story?

Rhea was arrested after Sushant's death in September 2020.  The address is Byculla Correctional Institution, Mumbai.  Rhea went and fell among the prisoners. She was released on bail after a month. She made friends with everyone. She danced a lot on the last day of the term.  Everyone was fed sweets, said Sudha. She claimed that Rhea was framed under strange circumstances.  Talking more about Rhea, Sudha said, “Rhea was amazingly calm even in difficult situations.  Generous to all, especially children and mingled beautifully.  Everyone liked him. She had some money in his account.  With that, sweets were brought for everyone in the barracks. The day she was released, we all went downstairs to say goodbye."

What's next?

Sudha claims that being a prisoner is not bad or criminal.  They are mostly victims of circumstances.  Rhea had allegedly bought drugs for her ex-boyfriend Sushant.  After Sushant's death, the Narcotics Control Bureau filed a draft charge sheet against Rhea and her brother Shouvik Chakraborty and 34 others.
